Customer Programs

Our Customer Advisory Board represents Dialog customers from around the world and includes senior-level managers engaged in pharmaceutical, engineering and patents research. Board members provide vital feedback on product development features and priorities, customer support and communications.

Board members meet on an ongoing basis with our development team to review requirements and priorities for product releases. Board members are enthusiastic about this interactive engagement in the development process and about the direction of the new product, saying:

  • "ProQuest has a serious development plan with flexible teams to deliver on it. The impressive thing is that they have built in a method for incorporating continuous feedback from clients."
  • "The new user interface is easier to use, making it a more powerful tool"
  • "I am impressed by the efforts put into developing the future services and willingness to interact and listen to clients."
  • "<ProQuest Dialog> is place for end users to go beyond other sources to get more info... it has added-value search in multiple databases, and the interface is the easiest to use."
