Customers will find the individuals and companies they are searching for since the database covers more than 200,000 of the most prominent parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates and divisions worldwide, and over 850,000 executives. File 513 is updated quarterly to maintain currency.
Slide 3
The Corporate Affiliations covers U.S. and non-U.S. companies in manufacturing, distribution, and service areas. This includes private as well as public companies, both parents and affiliates including subsidiaries and major divisions. All major domestic and international stock exchange-listed companies (except investment instruments) are profiled. The database contains listings for all major publicly-traded companies with U.S. located headquarters traded on one of the three major U.S. exchanges: New York Stock Exchange, NASDAQ and AMEX. Also included are significant companies traded on smaller U.S. exchanges. Subsidiaries for these publicly-traded companies are included, whether or not they are located in the United States. There is no database revenue qualifier attached to a subsidiary company. Also included are outside service firms attached to the parent companies. These are firms that perform specialized services such as accounting, legal, pension management, etc. There are approximately 6,000 U.S. public parent companies and 40,000 subsidiaries.
U.S. privately-held companies with U.S.-located headquarters or holding companies are listed. Generally, U.S.-based private companies must demonstrate revenue in excess of $10 million, 300 employees, or substantial assets to be included. Approximately 50,000 U.S. private parent companies and 26,000 subsidiaries are included. When an ultimate parent company, whether a public and private company, is located outside the United States, it is included. International privately-held companies with annual sales in excess of $50 million are included. Approximately 16,000 international parents with more than 70,000 related subsidiaries are profiled.
