File 547 contains a number of important financials. The Executive summary gives a quick overview of a business' credit behavior so you can determine whether or not you need to see more details. Trade payments provides a timely view of a business's credit performance. Other payment data includes payment experiences on non-trade accounts such as leases and bank loans. Trends and history represent a continuous analysis of payment behavior over time. S&P data are an important indicator of the financial health of publicly held companies. UCC details list the top 10 most recent Uniform Commercial Codes including original, amendments or terminations.

Each record may contain different amounts and kinds of information from tax liens to judgments to complete payment information. Use Dialog's Format 6 to see exactly what types of information the record will contain and the most current update date.
Slide 6
This is a record from a large corporation. Because of the size of the company and because it is a public company more information is available. The Executive summary provides a summary of payment history.
Slide 7
Payments made to vendors are listed including how long the vendor has been a customer. Each tradeline represents a unique credit relationship. For this company payment totals are also given summarizing continuously reported and newly reported tradelines.
Slide 8
Payment trends indicate changes in payment behavior over the previous six months and payment history represents a 15-month analysis of the payment trends. Look at the Bluesheet for File 547 to see an even more comprehensive record.
