Migration update: Review your Alert portfolios
Migration planning is on track and progressing well. It’s not too early to think about the tasks you will need to accomplish for your migration, particularly when it comes to Alerts and Saved Searches, which likely comprise a considerable portion of your Dialog use.
Dialog Customer Migration Planning
At Dialog migration, existing accounts and user IDs will be imported into ProQuest Dialog, and will then be available for management by the customer's account administrator. Dialog customers can begin preparing for migration now by reviewing and requesting cancellation for any user IDs or bill-tos that are no longer required.

Working with Alerts and Saved Searches
Prior to Dialog migration, existing alerts and saved searches will be automatically translated into ProQuest Dialog search syntax. They will then be available for further editing and refinement by the alert owner. Customers who are running alerts on Dialog now can begin preparing for migration by reviewing and deleting any alerts that are no longer required. Learn more about how to edit and manage alerts and saved searches on the new ProQuest Dialog on the Alert Management page.
More detailed information about migration planning will be made available in Q1 2013.
