Applications, available at gep.dialog.com, are due by April 30, 2004. "In previous years, winners have represented a range of interests and backgrounds and we encourage all qualified MLS students to apply," said Libby Trudell, Dialog senior vice president, Information Professional Development. "Prowess in using professional online research services is a key career skill for information professionals, and we're delighted to be able to support students in this vital field." Dialog awards three scholarships annually, one each in North America, the Europe and Middle East region, and the Asia Pacific region. Later this year, the company will announce deadlines for applications from outside North America.
