Technical Requirements

The browser requirements for DialogWeb 2.0 are a bit different than for version 1.2. Please make sure you have the following:

• DialogWeb 2.0 is optimized to work with Netscape® Communicator 4.x and Microsoft® Internet Explorer 4.x. Therefore, we strongly recommend the use of these browsers. You will receive a warning if you are using a browser version that is lower than Navigator 3.04 or Internet Explorer 4.0.
• Internet connection (direct TCP/IP connection or dialup via an Internet Service Provider).
• JavaScript must be enabled.
• Ability to accept cookie files.
• Color settings should be set at 256 or higher.
