This just in: custom-design your email outputHave you uncovered important competitive information in a ProQuest Dialog search, and you need to get it to a colleague immediately? Do you want to send just the key data, without including indexing terms? You can customize your email output, choosing specific parts of the records, and include a linkable table of contents, the search strategy and document numbering. Here’s how. After running a search, select the records you wish to send and click the icon for Email.
A dialog box opens where you can choose how much of the records you wish to send, from titles only to full records, or Custom, where you pick the sections of the records you want. Decide if you want to send it as html or text.
Click Continue to proceed to choose the specific fields you want to include. For example, check the boxes for Title, Abstract, Full Text (depending on the database/images), and bibliographic data.
When you click Continue, you will get confirmation on screen, and seconds later your colleague will receive your email from ProQuest Dialog with the selected records.
