CUT/PASTE/SEND: Help for End Users

Create a custom format template
ProQuest Dialog makes it easy to get great answers. Your users can now customize output formats in a template in ProQuest Dialog so they get exactly what they want in their search results.
Copy and paste the following tip, and it’s ready to send to your users!
Note: View the video. 
- Login to your My Research account.
- Begin your search, select databases and enter a search query.
- On the Results page, select records you wish to download or export. Click Export/Save and choose an application such as PDF.
- Under Custom Format, check boxes for all fields you want to display in your results and check the box Save my selections for future use.
- Create a name for your template.
- Click Continue and your template will be saved automatically. The template is now available when you want to export or download records.
- To reuse the template, select your named template from Saved template from the Results format box.
Note: You must be logged into the My Research account you were signed into when you saved the template.
