Customer Advisory Board collaborates at annual meeting

Our annual meeting with the Corporate Market Solutions (CMS) Customer Advisory Board is one of the vital components to ensuring our product development is meeting customer needs. At this year’s annual meeting, held in Washington, D.C. in September, the packed two-day agenda included meeting with the new CMS development team and a live web connection to Ann Arbor, so members could experience the interactive product development process for the latest ProQuest Dialog release. Board members expressed their enthusiasm about their direct engagement with the development team and the direction of the new product.

The meeting also included interactive sessions to gather customer reaction to the ProQuest Dialog development plan and approach, as well as input to support planning for migration and communications.
