Happy New Year from all of us at Dialog!
2012 was a busy year as we continued progress on the product and content roadmaps.
2013 promises to be even more exhilarating as we work towards the migration of Dialog® customers to ProQuest Dialog later this year.
Reflecting on some highlights in 2012 we see
New content, including Japanese legal status (INPADOC/Family and Legal Status), Publisher records (MEDLINE®) and Articles in Press (Embase®), conference proceedings (Embase) and conference videos (Inspec®) offering a peek at pre-published, scholarly articles; and a backfile to 1884 (Ei Compendex®), are just some of the additions that continue to increase authoritative content in ProQuest Dialog™ and Dialog® databases.
A reorganized Global Customer Support team, including our subject experts from both the Knowledge Center and the training team, is ready to aid you in migration to ProQuest Dialog throughout 2013.
Enhanced features on ProQuest Dialog—search filters, unlimited truncation, hierarchical thesaurus display, results lists, DOI links and result sets, to name some—ensure a clear focus on customer requirements.
As 2013 unfolds, watch for news about new content upcoming on ProQuest Dialog—the patent collection, additional STM databases, news/trade sources and more. And, based on your suggestions, more enhancements to ProQuest Dialog keep on coming!
