We’ve received great feedback about the transactional pricing plan for ProQuest Dialog – users love the freedom to search and browse results at no cost. Because there is no connect time, DialUnits or telecommunication charge, you can view results lists and even preview documents before deciding to purchase. You pay only for output downloaded, plus an access fee based on output used. Output costs are comparable to Dialog and the access fee is charged as 30% of the cost of output.
