Migration update

Plan for ProQuest Dialog migration
Migration CenterOver the last 18 months, we've kept you informed about our progress in building the next generation version of Dialog. The time to migrate your account from Dialog to ProQuest Dialog™ is fast approaching.

We have identified a main administrative contact for each customer organization who will be the recipient of migration communications. However, we know roles and responsibilities change, and this information may not be up to date for all customers. If you are the main administrative contact for your organization, please confirm that status here so we can ensure your information is current.

Customers will have a period of parallel access to both Dialog and ProQuest Dialog to ensure a smooth transition. Administrative contacts will be notified of the start date for access to ProQuest Dialog. The start date will vary by customer, with the earliest expected to start in mid-summer. Administrative contacts also will receive regular updates with details on the migration process, including a migration information package with account details for ProQuest Dialog.

Soon you will be able to take advantage of many new features of ProQuest Dialog, including an intuitive interface, a new pricing model that enables you to search for free, and greatly enhanced output formatting. Although ProQuest Dialog is easy to use, switching from a familiar interface to a new one is always an adjustment. We urge you to review the schedule of ProQuest Dialog webinars now, and plan your time to attend sessions in the next couple of months. We look forward to welcoming you to ProQuest Dialog.
